Your online password is a unique password you chose when registering online with My Vodafone. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the 'Forgotten Password' option from the Login/Register page or click here to be taken directly to the Forgotten Password page.
Simply enter your mobile phone number and click "OK". The new password will be sent as a TXT message to your phone. (Please note that the new password can only be sent as a TXT to your mobile). Enter the 6 character password exactly how it appears into the Password box on the login/register page to log into your online account. You will then be prompted to change the temporary password. (Temporary passwords are only valid for 24 hours).
When selecting your new password, the following apply,
- Must be between 6 to 20 characters long.
- Must contain at least 1 numeric character.
- No symbols.
- Cannot be all numbers or all letters.
- Case sensitive. Case entered will remain.
Once complete, select OK.
To ensure your new password is saved, please logout of My Vodafone at the end of your session by selecting "Logout" from the left menu bar. Simply closing your internet browser without logging out of My Vodafone will not save your changes.
If you are roaming overseas and are wanting to pay your Vodafone bill online and are not able to receive your new password via TXT to your mobile, you can click on "Pay My Bill" on the Vodafone home page (www.vodafone.com.au) and process a credit card payment. When using this service, you will need to input the amount you wish to pay. If you are unsure of the amount owing, submit your query via Contact Us. Please make sure to include your mobile number and enquiry pin.
As of 10th March 2009, Postpaid Customers (Personal and Business) incur charges for the following types of payment:
- Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express = 1% + GST
- Payments via Diner Club = 2% + GST
- Payments at Australia Post = $1.50 + GST per transaction
Charges for the above payment methods will be applied on customers' next bill.
Alternately, you may pay your bill via Bpay through your banking service. Vodafone's Bpay code is 52225.
Please note: If MyAccount is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).
