Making a Vodafone Cover me Mobile Insurance claim

You need to read and understand the Cover me Mobile Insurance policy as there are specific exclusions and conditions which apply to the cover.

All claims must be reported to Vodafone Customer Care as soon as possible after discovery to ensure Your SIM card and phone is blocked. Then Lodge a claim online at vodafone.com.au/insuranceclaim and if you have any queries call the Vodafone Cover me Mobile Insurance Service Team at Marsh on 1800 808 743 from 9am to 6pm EST Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays).

Notes:
Your account needs to be up-to-date to lodge a Handset Insurance claim.
If claiming for accessories, you must provide proof of purchase. Only accessories purchased after the Handset Insurance commenced are covered.
If an identical make and model is not available, a handset of equivalent specification will be substituted
Allow 24–48 hours for the Lost or Stolen claims to be assessed. Allow five business days for Damage claims to be assessed. You will be notified of the outcome of your claim by mail.

Please note: you have a duty of disclosure to provide all factual incident details for the claim assessment.
