Payments made on your Vodafone account can be viewed online.
1. Register and/or login at My Vodafone.
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Payment History to view your previous payments.
Please allow up to 48 hours for any transactions to be updated online.
Should you require confirmation of your payment prior to the issue of your next bill, please submit your request via Contact Us. Please make sure to include your mobile number and enquiry pin.
Note: If MyAccount is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).
