How is a conference call charged?

Answer

Conference calls are charged at your standard mobile phone rate, according to your plan, for each party linked to the conference call. The person making the outgoing calls pays for the cost of each of the calls made to conference participants.

For example if you have 3 other parties on a conference call, 2 in Australia and one overseas, you will be charged 2 x your standard mobile rates for the local calls plus 1 x the standard international call rate for your tariff.

CALLconference has no access fees or set up charges. Conference calls will appear on your bill as individual calls to each party the call was made to.
