On Account
Follow the instructions below on how to activate an automatic payment on your postpaid account.
1. Log into My Vodafone
2. Select 'My Account'
3. Select 'Direct Debit'
4. Select option 1 for direct debit by Bank account or option 2 for direct debit by credit card.
5. Enter credit card or bank account details.
6. Click on the Save Changes button.
To exit My Account, simply select the 'Log Off' link.
As of 10th March 2009, Postpaid customers (Personal and Business) incur charges for the following types of payment:
Charges for the above payment methods will be applied on customers' next bill.
Note: If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).
