Pay your bill online at vodafone.com.au
As of 10th March 2009, Postpaid Customers (Personal and Business) incur charges for the following types of payment:
Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express = 1% + GST
Payments via Diner Club = 2% + GST
Payments at Australia Post = $1.50 + GST per transaction
Charges for the above payment methods will be applied on customers' next bill.
1. Go to www.vodafone.com.au
2. Click on the link to 'Pay My Bill' to pay by credit card.
3. Enter your mobile number, credit card number, card expiry date, the *credit card Validation number and amount you wish to pay.
4. Click on Pay.
The following credit cards are accepted, VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express. *The credit card validation number (CCV) is a three or four digit number usually found on the back of your credit card.
My Vodafone
You can view your bill before paying it by logging into My Vodafone. You can also pay your bill within My Vodafone by clicking on the 'Pay My Bill' link within My Vodafone.
Note: If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example). Only customers that are either with Vodafone Prepay or billed directly by Vodafone Australia Pty. Ltd. can access their billing details via the My Vodafone website (excludes Corporate customers).
