You can set up a diversion to divert all of your calls so that you won’t receive any incoming calls, or you can set up a diversion to divert your calls only in specific situations such as when your mobile is:
Unanswered (when you’re unable to a call and the call rings out)
Unreachable (when you’re mobile is switched off or out of the coverage area)
Engaged (when you’re on another call)
You can divert your incoming calls to:
Voicemail - The call is forwarded to your Voicemail, callers will be able to leave a voice message and you’ll receive a TXT message (or a ring back) notification advising you to retrieve the message.
CALLscreen* - The call is forwarded to an operator who will take a message for you. This message is typed out by the operator and is sent to you as a TXT message.
CALLforward* - Your incoming calls are forwarded to a phone number specified by you. You can forward your calls to another mobile phone or to a fixed line phone.
You can set up your diversions to the above services or to another phone number online at My Vodafone. Once logged in, click on My Phone and then Diversions. Select diversion that suits you and remember to save your changes.
*Prepaid customers are only able to divert their calls to their Voicemail service and not to any other Vodafone service such as CALLscreen or to another phone number (CALLforward).
