Unable to log into My Vodafone

If you are having difficulty logging into My Vodafone, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

From the My Vodafone Log in/Register page, enter your Vodafone mobile number only, then click OK. Click here to access this page.

  • If you are not registered with My Vodafone, you will be presented with the registration page.
  • Enter your new password once received and fill your details in the "Complete Registration" page.
  • If you have an existing My Vodafone registration, you will receive the error message "Sorry, login failed. Please check your username and password."

Proceed with the following;

  • Select the link to "Forgotten Password" which is found at the bottom of the Log in /Register page.
  • Enter your mobile number and click OK. You will receive a temporary password by TXT to your mobile phone. (Ensure that your mobile is switched on)
  • Enter this password and complete the registration.

Note: If you enter the wrong password 5 times you will be presented with the following error message "Sorry, your user profile has been locked." You may forward your request to unlock your account via Contact Us or call 1555* on your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410** from another phone.

Should you continue to experience difficulty with this process, please check the following,

  • If your mobile number is not being accepted - ensure you are entering the number starting as 04........
  • Ensure cookies are enabled on your browser as this is required. To enable cookies select from the top of your browser; Tools, Internet Options, Security and Custom Level.
  • Scroll through the list and select to enable Cookies stored on your computer and per session cookies. Once enabled select Ok. (Please note these instructions are for Internet Explorer, instructions may differ slightly for each version and if you are using a different browser).

Should you continue to experience difficulties with logging into the My Vodafone site, please submit your query via Contact Us or call 1555* on your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410** from another phone.
