What happens when your online password doesn't work

Answer

If your password has expired or does not work, click on "Forgotten Password". This will generate a temporary password (valid for 24 hours) that will be sent to your mobile phone via a TXT message. Once you log in using your temporary password you will be prompted to change it to a password of your choice. When selecting your new password, the following apply:

  • Must be between 6 to 20 characters long.
  • Must contain at least one number.
  • No symbols.
  • Can be all numbers.
  • Case sensitive. Case entered will remain.

Once complete, click OK.

Please ensure you log out at the end of the session so that your new password is saved.

Note: Accounts will become locked if an invalid password is entered 5 times. If this occurs, please submit your request to unlock your account via Contact Us. Please make sure to include your mobile number and enquiry pin. Alternatively you can call Data Support on 1300 650 410 (standard call charges apply within Australia) for assistance.
