International Direct Dialling (IDD) is when you make a call to an overseas phone number. Both Vodafone Prepaid and Month to Month customers have access to this service.
Please ensure that your IDD Bar has been removed in order for you to dial internationally. You can view this information online. Simply log into My Vodafone, click on 'My Phone' and click on 'Settings Summary'. This information is displayed under 'Roaming'.
