What is an Enquiry Pin or Password?

The Enquiry Pin is a unique password you choose when you first connect with the Vodafone Network. This password can usually be found on your Network Agreement or for Prepaid customers on your SIM Certificate.

The Enquiry PIN is required to verify your identity everytime you call to speak to a Vodafone assistant. It is used to protect your personal information as well as any changes made on your account and mobile settings.
