The Enquiry Pin (Personal Identification Number) is a unique four digit number you choose when you first connect with the Vodafone Network. This PIN can usually be found on your Network Services Agreement or for prepaid customers on your SIM Certificate.
The Enquiry PIN is required to verify your identity every time you call to speak to a Vodafone assistant. It is used to protect your personal information as well as any changes made on your account and mobile settings.
If you have an account that has more than one active service, you may be asked to confirm the Billing or Customer Account PIN depending on your enquiry. The Billing or Customer Account PIN may be requested if your query relates to a change/update on your account that may incur account level charges or account level changes.
