To change your online password, simply follow the steps below.
1. Log into My Vodafone with your username and password. (Note. If you do not know your current log in password, select Forgotten Password). Click here to log in.
2. Once logged in, select Change My Password in the top My Vodafone drop down menu.
3. You will be prompted to enter your Existing Password in the first box. Enter your new password in the second box and then confirm your new password again in the third box. When choosing your new password, the following conditions apply,
- Must be between 8 to 16 characters long.
- Must contain at least one number.
- Must contain an uppercase character.
- Must contain a lowercase character.
- Case sensitive. Case entered will remain.
Note: The password cannot have the same value as:
- Your mobile number
- Email address used when registering for My Vodafone
- User's first name (used when registering for My Vodafone)
- User's last name (used when registering for My Vodafone)
Once complete, select OK. If you do not wish to continue with the change, select Cancel.
Once the password has been changed, it is also important that you “Logoff” from My Vodafone rather than just closing your internet browser. This will ensure that the new password is saved correctly.
