You can terminate your account with Vodafone at anytime. However, if you're on a Contract and you want to terminate the agreement before the end of your 12 or 24-month commitment period, an Early Exit Fee will apply in addition to any outstanding mobile handset payments and any additional or excluded service costs which have been incurred prior to the termination date.

For customers on the $29 Vodafone Cap Contract with Handset provided at an additional cost, a Handset Early Exit Fee (HEEF) also applies where the contract is terminated before the 24 month commitment period ends.

Individual customers
The account holder must request the termination of the account and provide the enquiry PIN. Contact Vodafone on 1555** from your Vodafone mobile or from overseas on +61414141414. To be transferred to the right area, please say the word "Upgrade" to our speech recognition system 'Lara'.

Business customers
To terminate your account/s for a business or company account, you must confirm you're an authorised person to request disconnection and provide the Customer Account PIN.

If you don't know the Customer Account PIN, then the request must be received by Vodafone via mail or fax on company letter head and signed by a director of the company. The fax number for a disconnection is 1300 308 869. The address for written correspondence is:
