To register online at My Vodafone, please follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Vodafone website at www.vodafone.com.au and select My Vodafone. Alternatively, click here to register.
2. Enter your mobile phone number and a temporary password will be sent via TXT to your mobile.
New registration
Once you enter your mobile number and you are sent a temporary password, select to continue and the Complete Registration page will appear.
Complete the registration page and ensure you read and check the Terms and Conditions checkbox. Click OK. Please note the following when selecting your new online password.
Registration is free
Must be six to 20 characters long and contain at least one alpha or numeric character
Must contain at least one number
Only letters and numbers can be used
No symbols
Can be all numbers
Case sensitive.
Note: If you are out of mobile phone coverage you will not be able to access your temporary password, as this is sent as a TXT message to your mobile phone.
Existing registration
If you have an existing online registration with My Vodafone and an incorrect login Username and Password is entered, you will be advised that the login has failed.
Please check your log in username and password. Use the "Forgotten Password" link to receive a temporary log in password.
Once registered, you will be taken directly to your My Vodafone page where you will have access to our online services.
Note: If you are roaming overseas and want to pay your Month to Month bill online and are not able to receive your new password via TXT to your mobile, you can click on "Pay My Bill" on the Vodafone home page and process a credit card payment. When using this service, you will need to input the amount you wish to pay. If you are unsure of the amount owing, submit your query via Contact Us or contact our roaming support on +61414141414** or if within Australia call Customer Care on 1555* on your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 410** from another phone. Please make sure to include your mobile number and enquiry pin.
Alternately, you may pay your bill via:
Pay your bill using your Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit card. Please have your credit card and statement handy.
*Calling 1555 Vodafone Customer Care from Australia - free for all customers except those on Vodafone SIM only Caps, and $19 and $29 Vodafone Cap Contracts and some Closed Plans, where a flat fee of $2.50 is charged (excluding calls made by disadvantaged customers and enquiries relating to bills, charging and billing services). Flat fee may be charged out of your Included Cap Value.
