You can view your account and call details online with My Account. Register and login at My Vodafone to access My Account.
Note: You can only view one customer account per My Vodafone registration. If MyAccount is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).
Prepaid customers will be able to access the following:
- Call details - (a detailed list of previous made in the past 2 months. Details will appear in 7 day blocks).
- Recharge history details - view your recharge history for the past three months.
- Account balance - this information will be updated every 15 minutes
- Remaining Prepaid plan entitlement information (such as any remaining minutes or TXT)
- Plus more features of My Vodafone such as: Manage Roaming and Parental Lock settings
Note: While we endeavour to have call details available within 4 hours, due to system delays this may take up to several days. Records of internet usage is normally available after 24 hours, however due to system delays this may take up to several days.
Postpaid customers will be able to access the following:
- View, Print and Download Bills - A full copy of the Bill, including call details is available (Up to 12 bills). The Account Summary is available on page 1 of the Current Bill. This includes previous amount due, payments received, billing history and more.
- Plan and Entitlements - View which Plan you are on as well as relevant entitlements.
- Bill History - View your frequently called numbers or longest calls. Calls made during peak or off-peak times.
- Call Details - Provides a detailed list of calls made in a particular month. The past two months of Call Details is available to view.
- Pay My Bill - Allows you to pay your bill by credit card online.
- Payment History - Select to view payments from the previous month, six months, year or all.
- Update Direct Debit details - Located in the Direct Debit Menu. Allows you to update your direct debit details.
- Update Billing Options - Located in the Billing Options Menu. Allows you to select a bill receive option as well as change your itemisation setting. E.g. Email Bill or TXT/Email notification
- Change My Details - Allows you to change your billing details and contact details, including your home and postal address.
