Viewing your bill online

We are unable to provide the Total Call Charge Value in Call details. We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause, however, you can still view individual Call Charge values for Billed Calls, as well as read the Bundle Entitlements screen online to find out how much is remaining on your account.*

You can view your account and call details online with My Account. Register and login at My Vodafone to access My Account.

Note: You can only view one customer account per My Vodafone registration. If MyAccount is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).

Details will appear in 7 day blocks.

Prepaid customers will be able to access the following:

  • Call details - (a detailed list of previous made in the past 2 months, subject to a 24 hour delay).
  • Call records - view call record information for the past 2 months.
  • Recharge history details - view your recharge history for the past three months.
  • Account balance - this information will be updated every 15 minutes
  • Remaining Free TXT and Free Airtime.

Note: Prepaid call details for the past 2 months and recharge history for the past three months are only available online at My Account.

Contract and Month to Month customers will be able to access the following:

  • Current Bill (Bill Summary) - A full copy of the Bill, including call details is available. The Account Summary is available on page 1 of the Current Bill. This, includes previous amount due, payments received, billing history and more.
  • Plan and Entitlements - View which Plan you are on as well as relevant entitlements.
  • Bill History - View your frequently called numbers or longest calls. Calls made during peak or off-peak times.
  • Call Details - Provides a detailed list of calls made in a particular month. The past two months of Call Details is available to view.
  • Pay My Bill - Allows you to pay your bill by credit card online.
  • Payment History - Select to view payments from the previous month, six months, year or all.
  • Auto Payment - Located in the My Payment Details Menu. Allows view and modify your automatic payment options.
  • Change Bill Type - Located in the My Payment Details Menu. Allows you to select a bill receive option. E.g. Paper Bill or online.
  • Change My Details - Allows you to change your billing details, including your postal address.
