If you are experiencing problems accessing the charged services on the My Vodafone website such as downloading ring tones or logos or activating TXT alerts, this may be due to low credit on your Prepaid account which is resulting in disabling all TXT based services.
This will temporarily disable TXT based services on My Vodafone until your Prepaid account is recharged. Please allow several hours for the TXT bar to be lifted and your My Vodafone profile re-activated.
