You can divert your calls to another phone number in the following ways:
Via your mobile
Divert your incoming calls to another mobile or fixed line phone through the menu of your mobile.
Refer to your mobile handset manual for detailed instructions.
Online via My Vodafone
Register and/or login at My Vodafone.
Navigate to 'My Phone Setup, then 'Diversions'
Select when your calls are to diverted and set the diversion type to "Forward to another number".
Save your changes.
Note: if you're diverting your calls to a landline, the area code must be entered.
Prepaid customers only have the option to divert their calls to voicemail and are unable to divert their calls to landlines or any other mobile number.
