How do I change my Vodafone Contract or Prepaid Offer?

Contract and Month to Month customers
Please submit your plan change request via Contact Us . Be sure to have included your mobile number and enquiry PIN prior to submitting your request.


Note: If you are on Contract and you wish to exit the agreement early, an Early Exit Fee will apply in addition to any outstanding mobile handset payments and any additional or excluded service costs which have been incurred prior to the termination date.


Prepaid customers

You can change to any of our other Recharge Offers by simply recharging your account and selecting your preferred choice.

Or via Contact Us within 48 hours of your last automatic recharge. Be sure to have included your mobile number and enquiry PIN prior to submitting your request.
