How is CALLscreen charged?

Answer

CALLscreen is a subscription-free service. Charges are incurred when calls are diverted to your CALLscreen service, the operator's personal greeting, transcription and delivery of the message to your mobile. Note: The fee can apply even if no message is left.

  • Vodafone Pty Limited customers (other than Corporate), CALLscreen is charged at a flat fee of 5.5 cents if the call duration is 10 seconds or less or a flat fee of 99¢ if the call duration is over 10 seconds.
  • Corporate customers are charged at 0c for the first 10 seconds, then 60¢ (pre GST) per 30 seconds thereafter.
  • If you are a customer of a Vodafone Service Provider, please confirm CALLscreen charges with your Service Provider.
  • CALLscreen is not available to Prepaid customers.
