Contract and Month to Month customers can divert calls to an operator via CALLscreen. CALLscreen can be activated in the following ways.
You can set up your mobile phone to divert to CALLscreen using the online My Vodafone service.
Click here to log into My Vodafone, navigate to the My Vodafone menu (top of screen) and select 'My Phone Setup, then 'Diversions'. Select the call option you want to divert to CALLscreen and set the diversion type to "Forward to Operator" and click on "Save Changes".
The call will be forwarded to an Operator who will take a message from the caller. You will receive a TXT with the message.
You can also divert calls to CALLscreen through your handset.
CALLscreen diversions can be set to any of the following options:
All calls
All incoming calls automatically divert to CALLscreen. The mobile phone will not ring.
No answer
If the mobile phone is not answered within 20 seconds, the incoming call will divert to CALLscreen.
Engaged
If on another call, incoming calls will divert to CALLscreen.
Unreachable
If the mobile phone is switched off or outside a Vodafone coverage area, calls will divert to CALLscreen.
To activate CALLscreen for 'all calls':

To activate CALLscreen for 'no answer':
Enter: * * 21 * 128 * 11 # Send
To cancel enter: # # 61 # Send

To activate CALLscreen for 'engaged':
Enter: * * 21 * 128 * 11 # Send
To cancel enter: # # 67 # # Send
To check enter: * # 67 # Send
To activate CALLscreen for 'unreachable':
Enter: * * 21 * 128 * 11 # Send
To cancel enter: # # 62 # # Send
To check enter: * # 62 # Send
Note: When 'all calls' divert is activated, diversions set for CALLscreen will override Voicemail diversions. Any unheard Voicemail messages will be delivered by TXT Alert until CALLscreen is de-activated.
Prepaid customers currently do not have access to this feature.
