Retrieving your Voicemail messages from another phone or overseas

When your mobile phone has run out of battery, is out of coverage or you've misplaced it, you can still access your Voicemail messages from another tone dialling phone.
Here's how you can access your Voicemail messages remotely:
- Dial 0414 121 121 or from overseas* dial +61 414 121 121
- Press * to transfer to your own service
- Enter your mobile number then press #
- Enter your Voicemail security code then press #
If you've forgotten your Voicemail security code submit a request to reset the code via Contact Us. Be sure to have included your mobile number and enquiry PIN prior to submitting your request online. Alternatively you can contact us on 1300 650 410 (standard call charges apply within Australia) or from overseas on +61 414 141 414 (roaming rates apply).
* If you're roaming on an overseas network that supports short code dialling, you can access your Voicemail from your mobile in the same way that you do when you are in Australia i.e. just dial 121 (roaming rates apply).
