For troubleshooting help, please ensure the following steps are taken:

  • Install the latest iTunes V8.2 software on your iPhone. To install the latest iTune software, plug your iPhone device into your PC using the USB cable, once iTunes has loaded, click on 'Check for Update' icon
  • Once you have installed the latest iTunes software, please turn your iPhone off and back on
  • Visual Voicemail should now be working

If you use Visual Voicemail overseas you will be charged the roaming data rates for the price plan that you are on. These charges are excluded from a Cap and are shown as "Roaming" on your bill.

If you are still experiencing problems please call Vodafone Customer Care on 1555 from your mobile or 1300 650410 from any other phone
