The below explains how to recharge your Prepaid Mobile Broadband service via Credit Card or Voucher.
Recharge Options
There are five data recharge options $19.00 for 500MB $29.00 for 1GB (1024MB) $49.00 for 3GB (3072 MB), $100 for 6GB and $150 for 12GB. *max data accumulation is 14GB. Maximum amount of data that can be rolled over from original data balance is 12GB.
Please note: the $100 6GB and $150 12GB vouchers have expiry dates of 180 and 365 days respectively.
What type of Credit Card can be used to recharge Prepaid Mobile Broadband?
MasterCard and Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card are the only accepted Credit Cards. International credit cards & handy Debit Cards cannot be used.
What is the data credit expiry period?
Each recharge amount has 1 specific expiry period ONLY. See below for more information.
The $19, $29 and $49 expire after 30 days - unless you recharge within 30 days. If you recharge within 30 days unused data will roll over into the next period with the new recharge amount, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data.
When you recharge your expiry period resets i.e. if you roll over data 5 days before it is due to expire it will roll over and the expiry period will be reset to 30 days.
The $100 6GB data expires after 180 days - unless you recharge within 180 days. If you recharge within 180 days, unused data will roll over into the next period with the new recharge amount, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data. E.g. If you have 4GB of data left before recharge and you next recharge with 12GB, you will forfeit any data over the 14GB limit.
When you recharge your expiry period resets i.e. if you roll over data 5 days before it is due to expire it will roll over and the expiry period will be reset to 180 days.
The $159 12GB data expires after 365 days - unless you recharge within 365 days. If you recharge within 365 days, unused data will roll over into the next period with the new recharge amount, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data. E.g. If you have 4GB of data left before recharge and you next recharge with 12GB, you will forfeit any data over the 14GB limit.
When you recharge your expiry period resets i.e. if you roll over data 5 days before it is due to expire it will roll over and the expiry period will be reset to 365 days.
Please note that if your original remaining data balance is more than 12GB, and you recharge again, only the maximum of 12GB will be rolled over into your new balance.
Does Prepaid Mobile Broadband credit roll over if have not used all my credit within the expiry period?
If you have a recharge offer with a 30 day expiry and you recharge before the end of the 30 day data expiry period any unused data is rolled over, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data.. e.g. If you recharge with $19.95 (500MB) on the 26th day and still had 80MB available then you would have 580MB credit to use within the following 30 days. TXT credit does not roll over.
If you're on the 6GB recharge offer and recharge before the end of 180 days data expiry period, unused data is rolled over, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data. e.g. If you recharge with $100 6GB on the 176th day and still had 5GB available then you would have 11GB credit to use within the following 180 days.
If you're on the 12GB recharge offer and recharge before the end of 365 days data expiry period, unused data is rolled over, subject to the max data accumulation of 14GB of data. e.g. If you recharge with $150 12GB on the 360th day and still had 2GB available then you would have 14GB credit to use within the following 365 days.
What is 'bonus data'?
When you recharge online using a credit card you get 10% more data. Eg; recharge on line using a credit card, pay $19 and get 550MB rather than 500MB.
