How do I register my Starter Pack and connect on Prepaid?
If you are an existing Month to Month or Contract Customer transferring to Prepaid you no longer require a starter pack to transfer your account. Simply call customer care on 1555 to request the transfer.
If you are a new customer, purchase a Vodafone Prepaid Starter Pack from a Vodafone store or participating outlet.
If you have your Prepaid SIM and didn't already connect in store you’ll need to follow these steps to get started.
Stick your new Vodafone SIM card into your mobile. Make sure the battery is charged.
To ensure you get the most from your mobile (and at a price that’s right for you), choose Prepaid TXT & Talk, 365 Day or Flexi Caps.
Register and activate your account – have your SIM certificate details ready (you’ll find this on the sticker behind your SIM card, along with a form of ID (passport, Australian driver’s licence or birth certificate).

Recharging with a Prepaid Extras
Recharging with an Extras works the same as a normal Vodafone recharge. When selecting a recharge amount, Extras will be presented as a separate option. (Excluding Selecting ‘My Account’ from the Vodafone menu on your compatible mobile)
