Can I stay on paper bill?

Answer

All new & existing customers are sent an Email Bill*.  Customers can still choose to view their bill online via My Vodafone if they do not wish to/cannot provide an email address.

Viewing your bill online:

  • Login to My Vodafone
  • Click on 'My Account'
  • Click on 'View My Bills'
  • Select the date of the bill you wish to view from the selection list
  • Select either PDF or CSV file to view your bill
  • Remember to log out of My Vodafone once you have finished using My Vodafone.

 

View and update your email details online:

  • Login to My Vodafone
  • Click on 'My Account'
  • Click on 'Billing Options'
  • Update your email address and click 'Save Changes'
  • Remember to log out of My Vodafone once you have finished using My Vodafone.

 

*Excludes Corporate customers - please call 135888 for Corporate Billing enquiries.
