All new & existing customers are sent an Email Bill*. Customers can still choose to view their bill online via My Vodafone if they do not wish to/cannot provide an email address.
Viewing your bill online:
- Login to My Vodafone
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'View My Bills'
- Select the date of the bill you wish to view from the selection list
- Select either PDF or CSV file to view your bill
- Remember to log out of My Vodafone once you have finished using My Vodafone.
View and update your email details online:
- Login to My Vodafone
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Billing Options'
- Update your email address and click 'Save Changes'
- Remember to log out of My Vodafone once you have finished using My Vodafone.
