In the case of an undelivered Email Bill, customers will be sent a TXT notifying them that their bill is available to view at My Vodafone. They will also be advised to contact Vodafone to confirm their email details.
Please check your Spam folders/filters to ensure the email address from which the Email Bill is sent isn't being automatically classified as spam. The email address to check for is vodafone@cxn1.com.
You can also view and print your bill online using My Vodafone. Update your email address once logged in by clicking on Billing Options.
