How to change/update your email address for email bill

You must provide us with a valid email address. If your email address changes or access to it is interrupted resulting in you being unable to access your email, you must tell us. Customers can update their email address details by:

 

1.Logging into My Vodafone

2.Clicking on 'Billing Options'

3.Update your email address and click 'Save changes'.
