How can I register my Blackberry handheld on the BES server?
Did you subscribe to a blackberry plan?
You must have GPRS or 3G in upper case showing on the blackberry screen; if not you must turn the blackberry off, take the battery out then put it back and turn the blackberry on again.
Access the “Enterprise Activation” Icon on your blackberry, it should be on the main menu or under Settings (Options) then Advanced Options
Enter your work email address & the password provided by the BES Admin.
The activation process will then start, this might take a while
