For some email accounts; the email address and the password might not be enough, you’ll have to provide the username & incoming mail server which can be obtained from your e-mail provider

You would be able to add your Microsoft Exchange account normally if you have an Outlook Web Access (OWA), you will have to provide the email address, username, password & the OWA address on the mobile email website

If it was working fine with you before then you might try the following basic troubleshooting steps:
You need to have GPRS or 3G in upper case showing on the blackberry screen; if not you need to turn the blackberry off, take the battery out then put it back and turn the blackberry on again.
You can resend the Blackberry Service Book by logging to www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.au and clicking on Service Books to send them to the device.
You can do a hard reset by turning the Blackberry off, then taking out the battery for a few seconds then putting it back and turning the Blackberry back on again.
If you’ve changed your e-mail address password; once you log on to www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.au you’ll find a red cross next to your e-mail address. Click on it to re-validate it.
How can I change/remove my signature?
You can do that by logging to www.mobileemail.vodafone.com.au and clicking on Edit next to your integrated e-mail address. You’ll find the option to edit your signature.

What’s the difference between gprs in lowercase and GPRS in uppercase on the screen of my Blackberry device?
If you have gprs in lowercase on your Blackberry that means that you can use your Blackberry for voice calls and for sending and receiving TXT, but you’re not able to use it for sending and receiving e-mails or using the browser. If it’s GPRS in uppercase this means that it’s connected to the Blackberry wireless network and that it’s enabled for data services. You need to be subscribed to a Blackberry plan to have GPRS in uppercase.

How can I transfer all data from an old Blackberry device to a new Blackberry device I just got?
You can do that by using Back Up and Restore Feature on “Blackberry Desktop Manager”. All you need to do is plug in your old Blackberry Device and Back Up all the data from that device to your computer, and then you can connect your new device to restore all data back to it. Why am I being charged 1$/5 min while browsing the internet on my Blackberry when it should be included in my Blackberry plan?
The reason for that is that you might be using the Vodafone Live browser on your device instead of Blackberry Internet Browser. Browsing with the Blackberry browser would charge out of your Blackberry plan, as opposed to Vodafone Live browser which would have an extra cost of 1$/5 min block. To make sure of your browser settings you can go on your Blackberry device to Options (Settings) - Advanced Options – Browser and make sure that Default Browser Configuration is set to Internet Browser not to Vodafone Live and save these settings.
Will I get charged for receiving or sending e-mails on my Blackberry overseas?
When using your Blackberry overseas, roaming data charges apply. GPRS/3G/3G broadband roaming is charged at a fixed rate of 1c/Kbyte with a 1Kbyte increment and a minimum charge of 10Kbytes.

BIS (Blackberry Internet Service): This is a consumer version, allowing customers to access their personal email and the internet.
