Do Early Termination Fees apply for contracted packs?
If you cancel your Internet on Your Mobile pack prior to the end of the contract term, Early Termination Fees are applicable. Early termination fee: $pack price x months left on contract(for example, if I have 6 months remaining on my $9.95/12 months contract and I port my service to another carrier, the Early Termination Fee = 6 x $9.95 = $59.70)
What if I want to add or remove it?
Internet On Your Mobile Add On data bundle can be added at anytime. Contact Vodafone on 1555**
**Selected Plans incur a fee of $2.50 for enquiries not related to bills, charges or billing services. Click here for charge details for your Plan.
The Internet On Your Mobile Add On data bundle must be connected for a minimum of 1 full bill cycle and can only be removed at the end of the full bill cycle. Minimum monthly fee is recurring and will apply until you notify Vodafone to cancel the subscription.
All changes must be requested at least 1 day prior to your next billing period. Only the account owner can add or cancel the Internet On Your Mobile Add On.
