Yes, you will be charged 10c/MB for usage over your allowance.

If I travel overseas, can I roam with mobile broadband?
Yes, you can roam with over 30 3G countries and 70 GPRS countries. You will be charged 1c/kB with a minimum 10kB session charge whilst you roam.
