Late payment fee

Answer

Vodafone's late payment fee is $10.00 (including GST) to accounts not paid by the due date.

Vodafone have the following services to help you manage the payment of your account:

  • Check your balance at any time by sending a free blank TXT to 1512. You will receive a message back that will tell you what your current balance is as well as any outstanding amount that is due for payment.
  • "My Account" is an online service that you can log onto at www.myvodafone.com.au which will enable you to view your account, pay your account, as well as view your call details.
  • Set up a direct debit to your bank account or credit card. The advantages are that your bill will always be automatically paid each month and no late payment fee will be incurred (as payment occurs automatically. A dishonour fee may be applied if direct debit gets rejected). Set up your Direct Debit online by registering and/or logging into My Vodafone and click on the 'Direct Debit' link. Alternatively call Vodafone Customer Care on 1555 (from your mobile within Australia) or 1300 650 410 (from any other phone).
  • Call Lara on 1512 (from your Vodafone mobile) and say to find out your account balance information.

We understand that there may be a time when you are unable to meet your payment requirements and this can be discussed with our Collections Team on 1300 650 410
