Moving between 24 Month Contracts

You can change to selected contract plans with a higher minimum monthly spend and back to your original plan without charge.

You can also can change to selected contract plans with a lower minimum monthly spend; however a Plan Change Fee or Early Exit Fee may apply.

Please note, you can only request a plan change once per billing period and contract terms do not restart. You are not eligible for additional mobile discounts or credits.

Any changes must be requested at least 1 day prior to your next billing period and will take effect from the start of your next billing period.  Please call 1555 from your Vodafone mobile device or 1300 650 410 from a fixed line to make a change or submit requests via Contact Us.
