To print your bill online simply follow the instructions below:
1. Login or register at My Vodafone.
2. Select View My Bill from the selection list.
3. Click the PDF icon to open the bill.
4. To print, select the print option in the Acrobat screen.
If you are a Month to Month customer you can make payments to your account at Australia Post by using a printed copy of your bill.
As of 10th March 2009, Month to Month and Contract Customers (Personal and Business) incur charges for the following types of payment:
- Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express = 1% + GST
- Payments via Diners Club = 2% + GST
- Payments at Australia Post = $1.50 + GST per transaction
Charges for the above payment methods will be applied on customers' next bill.
Note: If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).
