You can change your personal account details in the following ways:

Account details and Instructions

Address and contact phone numbers

Month to Month and Contract customers can amend their account details online via My Vodafone. Once logged in, select Change My Details.

Prepaid customers are required to contact Vodafone on 1555, free call from a Vodafone mobile. Please note: Prepaid customers are unable to use My Vodafone for address and phone number changes.

Credit Card details - Go to My Vodafone to make changes to your credit card details.

Account holders name:

Minor spelling changes - Submit requests via Contact Us

Name Changes - Account holders can submit a name change via Contact Us. You'll be required to forward a signed letter and supporting documents (e.g. Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate), and please ensure you include your mobile number/s. These can be sent via mail (see address below) or be faxed to 1300 308 869.
