Viewing past bill information

My Account allows you to view your call details for the last 3 billing periods as well as bill history for the last 3 months. My Account allows you to view, print and export up to 12 of your most recent bills.

How to view your Call Details:

1. Log into My Vodafone.

2. Select 'Call Details' from the left menu bar.

3. Select the Period in the down box (not available with Prepaid). The Unbilled Calls option will show a list of calls made that are still yet to be added to your bill.

4. Only the last three billing periods, including unbilled call details, will be available.

5. Click on "Show" button to display the call details you have selected.

6. To exit, simply select the 'Log Off' link.

Note: While we endeavour to have call details available within 4 hours, due to system delays this may take up to several days. Records of internet usage are normally available after 24 hours, however due to system delays this may take up to several days. If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).

Bill History provides some analysis information on your bill such as Frequently Called Numbers and Longest Calls. You can view Bill History for the last 3 months of bills.

How to view your Bill History:

1.Log into My Vodafone.

2.Select 'Bill History' from the left menu bar.

3.Select the month to view from the selection list.

4.Click "Show" to display the bill details you have selected.

5.To exit, simply select the 'Log Off' link.

How to view your Bills:

1.Log into My Vodafone

2.Select 'View My Bills' from the left menu bar.

3.Select the month to view from the selection list.

4.Select PDF or CSV format to view your invoice.

5.To exit, simply select the 'Log Off' link.

If you require a copy of past bill information not available online please contact customer care on 1555 from your Vodafone Mobile or 1300 650 410 (standard call charges apply within Australia) to arrange for a bill copy to be sent to you - there is a charge of $5.50 per paper bill copy requested.
