Access to your personal billing information via the Vodafone website is protected by a PIN that you have chosen upon registration.
One mobile number on account
If you only have the one mobile phone number against your account, you will simply need to log into My Vodafone by entering your mobile number/username and your login password (this is the password you chose when registering online). If you have forgotten your password, you can select the 'Forgotten Password' option from the Log in/Register page or click here to be taken directly to the Forgotten Password page.
Multiple mobile numbers on account
If you have more than one mobile phone number against your account, after logging into My Vodafone and selecting My Account, you will be asked to enter your Billing Account PIN. This will also be the case when you select 'Pay My Bill' from the front page of the Vodafone website, you will be asked to enter your Billing Account PIN. This pin is a pin chosen by the account holder upon connecting with Vodafone.
