If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your Vodafone bill online, please check the following:
Only customers that are either with Vodafone Prepaid or billed by Vodafone Pty Ltd are able to access their billing details via the Internet.
If you are a customer of a Vodafone Service Provider you can obtain billing information by contacting them directly.

If you enter an incorrect online password more than five times, your account will be locked. Please submit your request to unlock your account via Contact Us
Have you recently changed your mobile number?
My Vodafone accounts can only be registered with one Vodafone mobile number. To access details of a different mobile number, you will need to re-register with the new number.
If you are able to log into My Vodafone but cannot access My Account, you may be required to enter your Billing Account PIN. This pin is required for accounts with multiple mobile numbers.
The Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example. To confirm this pin, please contact Vodafone on 1555 (freecall from mobile) or 1300 650 410.

If you have disconnected your Vodafone account you will not be able to access My Vodafone after the disconnection to view your recent or past account or call details using My Bill.
If you wish to receive past account information please submit your request via Contact Us. Please make sure to include your mobile number and enquiry pin.
