Personalising your Voicemail greeting is simple.
Dial 121 from your mobile (standard charges apply) and follow the instructions.
First time users of Voicemail will need to set up their Voicemail when calling 121. You'll be asked to select your Voicemail security code and record your name.
You can then personalise your greeting by following the prompts.

Here's a Voicemail greeting suggestion:
"Hello, this is [your name]. Sorry I can't take your call but if you leave a message with your name and number after the tone, I'll get back to you shortly. Thanks for calling".
