Prepaid customers
With Prepaid, it’s up to you to choose how much you want to recharge and how often. If you run out of credit, there are a number of ways you can recharge:
The easiest way is by registering your credit card with Vodafone. Then you can recharge at any time, no matter where you are by:
Selecting My Account from the Vodafone menu on your mobile
Calling 1555 from your mobile Visiting vodafone.com.au and clicking on My Vodafone then My Account
If you have a Vodafone live! compatible mobile by hitting the Vodafone live! button and selecting My Vodafone.
You can register your credit card by either: Dialling 1555, a free call from your mobile; or Registering and logging into My Vodafone.
To register a credit card for Prepaid:
For your security, limits apply to credit card recharges. A maximum of 5 credit cards may be registered to your account every 12 months.
Recharge using Paypal on the Vodafone website. Purchase a Vodafone Recharge Voucher from one of thousands of participating outlets.

Contract and Month to Month customers
From 10th March 2009, Month to Month and Contract Customers (Personal and Business) will incur charges for the following types of payment:
Payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express = 1% + GST
Payments via Diners Club = 2% + GST
Payments at Australia Post = $1.50 + GST per transaction
Charges for the above payment methods will be applied on customers' next bill.
You can pay direct debit from your Bank, Credit Union, Building Society or Credit Card account. Customers connected to the $29 Contract Cap must agree to pay by Direct Debit for the life of the contract. You can use your Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit card to set up a monthly direct debit online using the ‘My Vodafone’ ‘My Account’ service.
Activate direct debit at My Vodafone. Once logged in select My Account then Auto Payments, and follow the instructions.
Please note: For $20 & $30 Plans and $29 Cap customers, there is a $5.50 flat fee per month if you chose a payment method other than Direct Debit.
Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make this payment from your cheque or savings account. Please quote Vodafone’s Biller Code of 52225 and the Invoice Number (may be referred to as Reference Number).
To view your Invoice Number print your bill from My Vodafone. Once logged in select My Account then Account Summary.
Credit card payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1555** from your Vodafone mobile or 1300 650 145** from another phone.
Pay your bill using your Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit card. Please have your credit card and statement handy. **Selected Plans incur a fee of $2.50 for enquiries not related to bills, charges or billing services.

Payments can be made at any Australia Post Office using your printed online bill or email bill. Present your invoice with your cheque, money order, cash or giroPost withdrawal, to a counter officer at any post office.
