If you're bringing your mobile to Vodafone you’ll need to check that your mobile isn’t locked to the original network it was purchased from.
Some networks may lock mobiles to restrict you from using a SIM of another network in the mobile.
You can confirm that this feature is disabled by contacting the network that you bought the mobile from. You can also test this by inserting a SIM of another network into the mobile.
What should I do if the mobile is locked?
Contact the original network for assistance. Vodafone is unable to unlock the mobile if it’s been locked by another network.
