Activating global roaming on my Prepaid account

Roaming is activated by default for Prepaid Customers with the Vodafone TravellerTM service.

Steps to roam for Prepaid:

1. Check your Roaming is activated by logging into My Vodafone and click on Manage Roaming Settings or contact Customer Care on 1555* on your Vodafone mobile.

2. If you wish to access Voicemail messages while you are overseas, check that your roaming voicemail service is activated by logging into My Vodafone or contact Customer Care on 1555* on your Vodafone mobile.

3. Ensure you have a compatible handset for the country you are travelling to. To check if you can use your mobile in the country you are travelling to, click here

4. Ensure you have a power adaptor for the country you are visiting.



When you arrive back home, turn your mobile on and you'll instantly be switched back to your normal rates.
