Steps to roam for Prepaid:
If you wish to access voicemail messages while you are overseas, you should contact Customer Care on 1555 to activate the roaming voicemail service or go to My Account to Activate/Deactivate and View Roaming Voicemail settings.
Make sure you have a power adaptor for the country you are visiting and if you travel to the US, Canada, South Korea or Japan, check you have a compatible handset.
When you arrive back home, turn your mobile on and you'll instantly be switched back to your normal rates.
