How to change my registered credit card details

Answer

Prepaid customers

1. Login or register at My Vodafone.
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Credit Card Details. Note: you may be asked to unregister an old credit card first if you already have credit card details stored.
4. Fill in the new credit card details.
5. Click Save Changes.

Note: You can register a maximum of five credit cards per 12 months, and make one amendment to your details per 30 days using My Account. If My Account is selected and there is more than one Mobile Number on the account, the Billing Account PIN must be entered to view billing details. (e.g. the Billing Account relates to the bill and payments and includes credit card details, for example).

Postpaid customers

1. Login or register at My Vodafone.
2. Select My Account.
3. Select Direct Debit.
4. Fill in the new credit card details.
5. Click Save Changes.

Only customers connected to Vodafone Pty Limited can access My Account.

Service Provider customers

If your account is with a Vodafone Service Provider, please contact your relevant Provider.
