The Vodafone voicemail service allows you to divert calls under the following conditions.
- All Calls (all incoming calls will divert to voicemail your Phone wont ring)
- No Answer (your phone will ring for a specified amount of time before it diverts to voicemail)
- Unreachable (when your phone is turned off or out of network coverage)
- Engaged (when the phone is currently in use)
Once the caller has left a message on your voicemail, the voicemail system will send you a notification of the new message. You can receive voicemail notification in two ways.
- Ring Alert . With this alert, your phone will ring as soon as available and when answered your new messages will be played back to you. If you miss the call it will call you back at regular intervals until answered - Dial 1219 on your mobile to select this option.
- TXT Alert. You will receive a text message to your mobile notifying you that a new voicemail message has been received and for you to dial 121 to hear the message/s. Dial 1218 on your mobile to select this option. Note: Call charges apply when dialling 121. Please refer to your plan.
