How do I turn off my voicemail?

You can cancel diversions to your voicemail service in three ways;

• Online via My Vodafone.Click here to log in or register with My Vodafone. Once logged in, navigate to the My Vodafone menu (top of screen) and select ‘My Phone Setup, then ‘Diversions’. Select the active diversion and from the drop down list select your preferred choice and click on "Save Changes".
• Through your handset menu. Please refer to your handset manual for instructions.
• Using Vodafone short dial codes:
• • To de-activate an all calls diversion, call 1213 from your mobile phone (free call).
  • To de-activate conditional diversions, call 1210 from your mobile phone (free call).
