What can I access on My Account (online) as a Prepaid customer?

All Vodafone Australia Prepaid customers will be able to access the following on My Account;

  • Call details (a detailed list of the last 2 months of calls made, subject to a 24 hour delay)
  • Recharge history details up until the last three months
  • Credit balance information (this information will be updated every 15 minutes)

  • Activate/Deactivate and View IDD settings
  • Activate/Deactivate and View Global Roaming settings
  • Activate/Deactivate and View Roaming Voicemail settings

This information will be updated every 15 minutes and Prepaid call details will go back 2 months (recharge history three months).

Details will be shown in 7 day blocks
