My Vodafone is a self service tool that allows customers to manage their account such as viewing their billing information and managing settings such as roaming and call diversions. Some features of My Vodafone may also be available on your handset using Vodafone Live!
Prepay customers can:
- View balance and credit expiry
- View Call Details
- View Recharge History
- Recharge their account (if you have already registered your credit card)
- Register their credit card
- Set up Auto Recharge options
- View Adjustment History
- Manage Parental Lock Settings
- Manage Roaming Settings
- Manage Premium SMS Settings
- Get their PUK code (Personal Unblocking Key)
- Change Voicemail settings and diversions
- Download ringtones, logos, games and wallpapers (Charges Apply)
- Plus heaps more
Follow the instructions below to access your account details online:
- Register and/or login My Vodafone
- Select 'My Account'
- View your Account Summary, Usage Summary, Recharge and Adjustment History plus many more features such as manage your roaming settings.
- To print a copy of your calls, go to 'Usage Details', search the relevant dates for call details and click on the grey Print button. Records will appear in 7 day blocks.
If you wish to view and set your diversion settings, click on 'My Phone Setup' to access the available options.
