A fee of $19.95 applies to changing your number. A higher charge may apply when changing your number for a Vodafone premium number.
If you are changing your number because of unwelcome calls and you’ve received three or more of these types of calls in a two to five day period, you can submit an Unwelcome Calls Report. "What action do I take if I am receiving unwelcome calls or TXT?"
